The pool is yours from sunrise to 10pm out of respect for the neighborhood. Heating is optional at $55/night and must be arranged at least a week before arrival for the whole stay.
Gas grill on the back patio. Give the grates a quick brush when you're done and close the lid — the bay air is salty.
Bins live on the side of the house. Curbside pickup is early morning; roll them out the night before if your stay crosses a pickup day.
Clean your catch at the outdoor station, not the kitchen sink. Rinse it down afterward and bag scraps in the outdoor bin — gulls and raccoons are opportunists.
Start the dishwasher, bag the trash, and leave towels in the tub. That's it — no deep cleaning expected.
