What the month includes

The full house, private pool and hot tub, waterfront access, and direct contact with the owners for anything you need. Optional pool heating is $55 per night for the whole stay with a week's notice.

How payment works

Your $500 deposit, the $299 exit cleaning fee and the first month's rent of $4,995 are all due at booking. Each following 30-day period is paid the month it begins, so you are never fronting the whole season.
